Where will you be in school next year?
St. Charles North H.S.
How many years have you been in S.C.A.R.F.?

What are you most looking forward to by participating in the S.C.A.R.F. Program this year?
Through this program, I would like to gain experience that will further my understanding of the medical field,
especially in research. I am thrilled to learn how to
apply my conceptual knowledge in real-world settings, as this will be vital to my future career. I hope to gain mentorship from professionals in the field who have successfully navigated through a similar career path in medicine. Their advice and insights will affect decisions about my future career path and ultimately will impact
my career trajectory. Additionally, I am eager to gain experience by connecting with professionals and peers
with similar interests. By networking with these
individuals, I desire to initiate invaluable relationships with like-minded people to learn from the diverse
perspectives of the medical field. Additionally, I would like to gain experience in community outreach. By promoting prevention and measures of sudden cardiac arrest, I will gain experience sharing information with the public and taking charge when presenting my research. I would
gain experience creating informational materials and leading campaigns to educate and raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest. By doing this I would develop my
leadership and communication skills through real-world
experiences, which is a critical aspect of the medical field. I am confident that the SCARF Mentorship & Career Guidance program will provide the tools and
insights I need to transform my career goals into reality.
What do you want people to remember about you?
