What are you most looking forward to by participating in the S.C.A.R.F. Program this year?
I want to gain an authentic understanding into the
medical field to determine if it aligns with my college
and career aspirations. This program will significantly offer invaluable opportunities for education, shadowing,
and career guidance that will help me gain a significant understanding of healthcare professions as I prepare to apply for colleges in the fall and choose a major.
Regardless of whether I pursue a career in medicine, participating in this program will provide me with the experience of a lifetime, where I will gain useful insights into healthcare and grow as a teenager soon to be
entering adulthood. By the end of the summer, I want to be able to leave the program feeling more confident, empowered, and prepared to make informed decisions
about my future.
What do you want people to remember about you?
I would like people to remember me as someone who listened to them, even when no one else did.
